I am an Echidna Embroidery Community Member; my email address is current, however I am not receiving Fortnightly Email Specials, why?
 

There could be a number of reasons why this is happening.

 

Provided that we do have your correct email address, the most common cause is because emails from us are being identified by your email client as SPAM, and are therefore being automatically removed.

 

To stop this happening in the futureplease be sure to add our email address: sales@echidnaclub.com.au to the address book within your email program. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact us.


What is the Echidna Embroidery Community and how do I become a member?
 

The Echidna Embroidery Community is a Social Embroidery Site where you can:

  • Upload photographs of designs and projects that you have created
     
  • Share your ideas and inspiration with other like-minded people from all over the world
     
  • View other members projects and designs
     
  • Safely message other members
     
  • Win prizes, and so much more 

It's easy to become a member; all you have to do is to Create an Echidna Community Account.

 

When you are ready to login to the Echidna Embroidery Community, simply use the same email address and password that you entered when you created your new account.

 

Once you have logged in you will not be taken directly to the Echidna Embroidery Community – instead, the "My Account" window will open. This is where you can edit your details, view your orders, find your purchased download items etc.

 

To go directly to the community just click on the Community Link at the top left of the page.
